How do I order custom lids?
We have stopped taking any custom lid orders until further notice.
What size liner should I get?
Because our lids are designed to be worn forward or backward, Mike’s ProLids do not fit like a traditional lid. We use an open cell foam in the liner which compresses without adding much pressure to the head. The liner is removable and washable. A size chart can be found in the product description of each lid.
Are Mike's ProLids DOT approved?
Mike’s ProLids are novelty lids and do not have a D.O.T. certification at this time. We are going through the DOT process.
Why does my lid have a dent?
Mike’s ProLids are designed to look like a baseball cap. We did not want the lid to look like a perfect dome so the design may look like there is a slight dent on the side. However, scratches are not part of the design and may occur during shipping. If you receive a lid with scratches please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get it fixed.

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping in USA – $20.00 per lid and includes a Mike’s ProLids drawstring bag.
Canada flat rate USD – $35.00 Flat Rate per lid
All other International countries – rates vary – check shopping cart for shipping rate. International orders maybe subject to duties, VAT, GST or other local taxes. Please inquire about your country’s import tax from local government. Mike’s ProLids is not responsible for import and sales taxes outside of USA.

What if I need to change my address?
Please send us an email at email@example.com or call us at 918-284-7220 if your address changes. In your correspondence, include your order number, old address, new address, as well as any special instructions you might have regarding the change of address.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not and you wish to return your purchase, please send us email or give us a call.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)
